Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I would like to ask why there never came an Performance Control menu for the Hp Pavilion Gaming 15, i have problems with the cooling, my laptop is 4 months old, and i have already cleaned the fans and re-applied thermal paste, to solve the overheating problem, my laptop runs at 97 degrees when playing intensive games, even when not gaming but just browsing internet, it gets 75 degrees, I have an GTX 1650 and Ryzen 5(5600H), my laptop starts too late with blowing air, and when reaching 95+ degrees cpu, it doesnt get the full cooling it still in the not max fan speed.

I would like to have an performance control option, because i can control the cooling myself then, in the omen gaming hub. thank you.

sorry for the realy bad english, im not realy good at it.
