Hello all,
I have purchase a new notebook before 1 month and it comes pre installed with windows 10 64 bit os.
I am facing some serious issues with regarding performance in this pc.
Configuration is mentioned as per this link.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06123476
4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
Intel® Core™ i3-7100U (2.4 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
Even though when I try to save file from chrome and make a new folder, the whole system hangs up.
Please help if this pc is suitable for windows 10 or not. I am adding screenshot here.Performance _issue
As you can see, chrome and photoshop are the essential tools that must required but took too much memory and slows down pc. Rest of the memory as you would know is eaten by windows 10.
So please help me.

The i3-7100u is a lower middle ranking processor. Your laptop has integrated video, which consumes some memory and then a 1 TB 5400 rpm hard drive so you are facing a couple bottlenecks. This is not a laptop that would be expected to handle photoshop or other demanding apps very well. You could make it much better by upgrading to 8 gigs RAM and a solid state drive.
There are two memory slots and one is open. You just need to add a second 4 gig memory module.
You can also add a superfast M.2 SSD "gumstick" type disk in addition to the hard drive.
We can help you with these procedures with manuals, video and links to specific products to purchase.
If you do not want to do the upgrades there are some Windows settings we can help you implement which will turn off some video effects of Windows 10 to free up more memory. 4 gigs is just very minimal, barely enough for Windows 10.
Post back with any other questions but please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
