Permanent Lines on laptop screen [ lost all hope]

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: My laptop has permanent lines on the screen which I can't rub off. These are permanent in nature and on the screen not inside the screen (hardware issue). Also keyboard marks are also there. I haven't put any pressure on the laptop nor have I traveled anywhere with my laptop in my bag. As requested I am uploading pictures of my laptop screen. Here in the screen (picture: Black screen 1 and Black screen2 lines are visible but not all lines) and in blue screen lines are very faintly visible ( Due to brightness of the screen). Please consider these pictures as I am requesting you to repair this. I've been trying to contact HP support since past 2 months after much difficulty of finding thier toll number, registering products, going through multiple IVR calls, making case ids, being on hold for more than 20 minutes every time, but so far now I've reached here at this point where I could mail them. Seriously I'm at a juncture where I can't do anything about this laptop now and I'm also at a point of mental breakdown as I don't know what to do. I request you to please help me reach to them so tha this case just does not add to their backlogs.

If someone has put his savings in a laptop and the company can't solve the issues with the product, seriously that can make anyone cry.
