HI 

I have tried to connect my mobile phone but I have been facing this issue like sudden. I have tried to solve this myself but I cant do it. Please help me solve this issue even I cant click to go to properties its showing the same

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with different USB ports or devices?
  • Does it happen when a Mobile phone is in lock screen mode?  most of the smartphones need permission to access the phone internal storage, also the USB debugging must be activated, you can check the setting under Phone settings-Developer options.
