Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the persistent keyboard malfunctions on my HP laptop, Model [Laptop Model- B7GP5PA], with Serial Number [Laptop Serial Number-Removed-], which was purchased on [07-08-2025].

Since its purchase, the keyboard has been exhibiting erratic behavior, with several keys either not responding or registering incorrect inputs. This issue significantly hinders my work, especially given my profession as a technician at a government engineering college with over 2000 students. I will never suggest this kind of product. Reliable equipment is paramount for my daily tasks, and this faulty keyboard has caused considerable disruption and inconvenience.

A service engineer from HP visited my premises on [22-08-2025] to address this problem. Despite the visit and their efforts, the issue remains unresolved. The problem is still pending, and I am left with a premium device that is not fully functional, impacting my productivity and efficiency.

As a technical professional with extensive experience in hardware and a deep understanding of technological reliability, this experience with an HP product has been profoundly disappointing. Given my personal experience, I can unequivocally state that I will never recommend HP laptops to the students under my guidance or to anyone seeking dependable computing solutions. This decision stems directly from the poor product quality and the inadequate resolution of the service issue I have encountered.

I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and provide a definitive and effective solution. I expect either a complete replacement of the faulty keyboard, or preferably, a replacement of the laptop itself, given the recurring nature and the inconvenience already suffered. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the steps you intend to take to resolve this issue permanently.
