HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 RCTO Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

Received a new HP Spectre x360 and mostly love it. Unfortunately, unlike my previous Spectre, the keyboard no longer has separate keys for Page Up and Page Down (as well as Home and End). Instead they are combined with the Up and Down arrow keys and require the Fn key to do paging. This is particulary annoying because the Fn and Pg Up/Pg Dn keys are on opposite sides of the keyboard, thus requiring 2 hands to facilitate the paging movement. I work on large documents where paging is essential and it has become very inconvenient with this new functionality. Am I missing something? Is it possible to make a keyboard shortcut to perhaps use Alt + Pg Up/Dn that are at least on the same side of the keyboard? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
