Product: HP Envy

When placing my SD card in the card reader, the photo app opens and the photos are shown. When I begin clicking on which photos I want to import, the app/computer freezes and I have to close the photos and remove the SD Card, I have done this for 2 days. It was freezing up for a bit now but could remove and reinsert the SD Card and it would eventually work. No luck with that this time! HELP!
