The left button is broken.
It does not spring back when pressed.
It does, however click on stuff on the screen, but it is physically broken.
How do I fix it?
What part(s) do I need to buy to fix it.
This is NOT a software problem, but a physical broken button.
Thank you

When I type the serial number, the screen clears and the four little dots go round and round and round..........and round.
When I click the link on the e-mail to log in, I get "this site can't be reached".
Can't someone just tell me what to buy, and how to fix it?
This is the second time this button has broken, first time it was fixed within warranty period, which expired mid August 2018. So, two fails within 15 months, not impressed.

Finally got past the "enter Serial Number" screen, only to get:
"PhoneCall is currently unavailable. Please come back during the hours listed below
Hours of operation
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to Midnight EST / Saturday through Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST (Excluding public holidays)"
It is Thursday, Yes that fits Monday through to Friday.
It is 11:50am. Yes, that fits 8.00 am to midnight.

Private messages are getting me nowhere.
Something that breaks twice in thirteen months is not fit for purpose.
Why should I have to pay for "Extended warranty" support when this should not have broken already.
