I Noticed HDD started clicking sounds more often and I'm planning to Replace it with SSD. Does HP ENVY X360 15Z-AR000 Support 2 HDD? and is it possible to replace fan without a heatsink if so please provide me fan model as the current one making the grinding sound.

Thankfully you opened it before buying. I usually warn peope about that but have not seen so much of a problem on your model series. So there is no slot above the battery as shown in the picture I posted, in the area circled in red? Then no kind of M.2 will work and the only SSD you can have is in lieu of the hard drive, not in addition. Would have to be a 2.5 inch SATA SSD like the Samsung Evo 860 model.

Here's the Service Manual:
Start on p. 24 for bottom cover removal:
Green = HDD red = M.2 slot
It can use a PCIe/NVME M.2 2280 for factor SSD, which is the best hardware available now. Samsung 970 Evo is a good one to get:
Fan and heatsink are offered by HP as a single part:
(11) Fan/heat sink assembly (includes replacement thermal material) 856277-001
If you search that part number on eBay you will find sellers offering just a fan but do not underestimate how difficult it is to mount fan to heatsink. If done incorrectly it will not cool right and will make noise. For a few bucks extra I always just get the whole assembly. Post back if you need help finding the part where you live.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.

The Manual only mentions PCIe/NVME M.2 disks not SATA. That one would probably work but I cannot be sure. This one would:
This is a bit cheaper:
