Hi, I've been using my computer for schoolwork until recently the plastic peice around the charging port broke and it is no where to be found. We have looked everywhere, and now the computer won't charge at all. One time the charging symbol lit up for a split second but thats the best I got, we are all pretty stressed out right now.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the plastic piece around the charger port is broken and the battery is not getting charged.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
