Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0061st

The plastic frame from around the screen of my Laptop is separating from the screen and now makes it nearly impossible to open the Laptop properly. The Laptop was not dropped or mishandled and is in otherwise excellent condition. Please advise. Thank you

Hi, @yab123  see if you can reach out to HP Support for further assistance, and if your warranty is still valid you can use it to make a repair.
