I spent over $100 dollars on a Samsung nvme drive only for me to Insert it but it's not being detected. Thought it is being detected on windows 10 in UEFI mode but during OS install I wouldn't see the disk. I read online and say that I'll have to enable AHCI so please help me.

I'm sorry, but HP does not provide support for Linux distros -- including boot and installation issues.
IF you replace the preloaded Windows OS with a Linux distro, or add a Linux distro, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- including solving any problems with booting the other OS and/or installing the other OS.
Modern PCs with UEFI, instead of the older BIOS, are especially difficult to install because you have to go into the UEFI settings and make several changes before you can even boot from a USB stick -- and we are unable to assist in that work.
Your best bet for support now is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.

Am sorry but this does not have anything to do with the distro am using. Am now trying to install Windows 10 on the NVME and the NVME drive still can't be detected to install it on. What problem does intel have with AHCI? if I knew this laptop would give me such a problem I wouldn't have wasted my money on it. and to think I have to save up to get this? and now the NVME SSD I bought is now useless?

OK ... so you go into the UEFI settings and ensure that AHCI is configured. I don't know where in the settings that is, so you will have to hunt for it.
So you KNOW that your model will boot from NVMe drive? Windows 10 will read/write NVMe because it has native drivers, but that does not mean it will boot from them.
Is your Win10 install media formatted GPT and set up for UEFI boot? If not, it will not work.

OK .. that is a real surprise! I would have thought that a newer laptop with UEFI boot would have AHCI as an option.

What is the first screen shot? AHCI is native SATA. Your laptop will only run the storage controller in AHCI mode. AHCI is not an "option" it is just present and you could not change it if you wished to do so. Even the RAID option if you even have it on your model is still fully AHCI complaint. AHCI, however, has zero to do with NVME. AHCI is otherwise known as Native SATA mode as opposed to IDE mode which is obsolete and not an issue to even consider any more.
Please tell us exactly what you are trying to do. How and from what medium are you trying to install Windows? Do you have the boot set in the BIOS to Legacy or Secure/UEFI mode? The laptop is capable of using an NVME M.2 SSD and should boot from it once it is made bootable with appropriate software. We sometimes see an issue like this with a Windows 10 installer disk that is corrupted. Making a new install disk often fixes the problem. On some newer models with 11th gen processors you do need to add an NVME driver to the standard Windows 10 installer.
