@Pragatiraj,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP Notebook - 15s-Du1052tu (9PG01PA), according to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp-compaq/hp-15s-du1052tu, can handle up to a maximum of 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM modules, but you won't need that much RAM.

I would suggest 2 x 8GB DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM, which will down throttle to 2666 MHz.

RAM examples:

2 x Crucial 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz (p/n: CT8G4SFRA32A)
2 x Samsung 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz (p/n: M471A1K43DB1-CWE)

M.2 NVMe SSD examples:

Crucial P3 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD (p/n: CT1000P3SSD8)
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD (p/n: MZ-V7S1T0B/AM)

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
