Please tell me the product number of the USB (Not type-C) port replacement parts

I am using HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14-ea1023dx (4X5C8UA).

A USB port (Not type-C) doesn't work correctly, and I am looking for replacement parts.

I keep looking for it but I can't find the suitable parts...

Please someone let me know the parts number of USB port for replacement.

(My warranty is expired...)

Hi:

Chapter 3 of the service manual does not show any spare parts for any type of USB port.

My assumption is the USB ports are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be replaced separately.

Chapter 5 has no procedure to remove or replace any of the USB ports.

The USB-A (legacy usb) port is soldered to the motherboard and not separately replaceable.

HP does not sell the motherboard you need, so I would do a search by the motherboard part number and find one from another reseller.
