Hello, my laptop model is HP Spectre x360-15-DF0590na with product ID 5AT18EA and serial number [Private information removed]. My problem started when suddenly there was power interruption and since then, my battery becomes faulty.
At that time, my laptop only works when plugged in to AC as it shows Plugged In but not charging.
Therefore, I bought 2 new batteries online from AliExpress and Ebay. The battery works even if I remove the AC Charging. However, when I plugged in, the battery is still not increasing.
I run the component test and the results and here are the results - Battery Check shows need replace; Primary Logic State: Calibration Required (20); Charge State: Blown Fuse
It there any other part that requires fixing? I have done replacement of battery twice but I'm still getting the same issue. I can't callibrate as well as the battery % is not increasing and the process online is to charge the laptop 100% first. 😵😢 Please help... I am located in Philippines but I bought this from my friend where he bought from UK.
Thank you and looking forward on answers.
