HI jay,

I also had same problem before.

1) Is your laptop heating??

2)Is the fan working normal??

3)have you connected too many Accessories to usb ports etc??

4)are you gaming or something of high cpu

IMPORTANT-

check your laptop highest input level and the charger you are using .

charger can be of higher watts (voltage must be same)

recommend input is written bellow battery (not on battery).

if confused send picture of input (bellow battery) , charger, working conditions (connected usb devices, cpu usage)

Thanks.

Hi Jay122,

Why does the battery status display 'charged' when the battery is not charged 100%?

To protect the battery from multiple, brief charging sessions when you connect the power cord, the battery does not begin charging until the charge falls below 94%.
