Hello,
The battery on my laptop (HP 15-bs0xx) was not charged just showing 0% after 1 hr. charge. I have already done these steps. when I deleted the problem( Microsoft ac adapter, Microsoft ACPI compliant control method battery ) in the device manager and installed( first uninstall device then restart your device it automatically detects or installs again ) after that the problem was there it didn't work than just showing battery 0% changed, after all, I did this and charged of an hour. help with this problem.

Thanks...

Yes, I asked before but there was not any solution. it's about Battery replacement. Due to covid right now the HP store is closed so can't buy a new battery.  and now a new problem came with my battery. it's not charging at least 1% so have to plugin charging cable every time while I am using the laptop.

Thanks.
