Common problems for Battery

I have the above described unit in inherited from a frieend.  It came with a Satechi port extender.  Unfortunately, it does not charge the laptop through the C port of the extender.  WIth only one USB C port and one USB A port hooking to my various devices is problematic.  I found a mention that this device would not provide flow-through power to a Pavillion.

I am looking for a compatible port replicator that, idealy,  that has flow through power through the USB C connection, along with USA A and HDMI access.  I found this port replicator on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/UtechSmart-Display-Adapter-Delivery-Compatible/dp/B07PRJJNGF/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?....

If however mentions to be compatible it should have  " a USB Type-c(Gen 2)/Thunderbolt 3 port, and support DisplayPort Alternate Mode,"  I can find no mention of the latter in the user guide.

It also says "If your laptop owns an AC adapter, you'd better use the original charger directly to connect the laptop to charge, because it will provide the fastest charge speed and HP/Dell does not allow 3rd party charger to charge their laptop."  Unfortunately, if I use the power adaptor for the C USB port,  it rendered it useless for USB C port replicators.

Can anyone suggest an appropriate port replicator?

Thanks,

Cory
