Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting an HP Elitebook 840 G5 I7 8350U, listed as an open box item. Which I assume is "close" to unused. That being said, are there any issues I should look for that may constitute replacing the battery? Should it be at a good capacity when received? Or is just a good idea to replace it? Should I use it for awhile and see how the battery responds? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
