Pavilion 15cs0051wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I boot the laptop it does not see an OS. I ran the quick diags on the HDD and all passed. I don’t see the Optane stick in the BIOS as the troubleshooting docs lead me to. 3F0 is the error code. I wonder if there are other ways to troubleshoot this Optane memory stick without replacing it. I assume since the BIOS does not see it then it could be a failed stick or bad motherboard. Thanks for the help in advance.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the Intel Optane memory is not showing in the BIOS.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that there is no Intel Optane memory shipped with your computer and you have SATA hard drive on the computer.

Refer to the below link for the product specifications.

Maybe the specs that I gave for the laptop were incorrect but this is what I found inside the laptop.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me!

Thank you for the update.

Have you tried unplugged the Optane memory and booting the computer?

Cheers!
