Hello Support team,

I own an HP Victus 16 laptop (Model: s0094AX, Product Number: 8R1E4PA). The standard warranty for my device expired recently, on February 10, 2025.

The laptop is in excellent working condition, and I would like to explore options for extending support through a 3-year warranty, Care Pack, or any available protection plan.

Am I still eligible for a warranty extension or post-warranty Care Pack? If yes, 

  • Where and how can I purchase the extension?

  • What support options are currently available (e.g., SmartFriend services, accidental damage protection)?
