Hello @Kelstar12,
The AC adapter that comes with laptops are fine worldwide. They are compatible with international standards. However, the power cord, or duck head adapter, whichever one you prefer, is what is incompatible. This is because England uses socket type G whereas the US uses socket type A/B.
If you're looking specifically to get a new power cord/duck head adapter, I would need more information about your HP notebook PC.
A specific model name or product number would be appreciated. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL
Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)
