@LukeForrest, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

The HP 14-cf2504na laptop does not support USB-C charging, which is typically required for charging via a power bank. This model uses a standard barrel-type AC adapter for charging, and unfortunately, most power banks do not support this type of connection unless they are specifically designed for laptops.

Here's what you need to know:

Check your laptop's charging port
The HP 14-cf2504na uses a barrel-style charger, not USB-C. This means it cannot be charged using regular USB power banks.

Power bank compatibility
To charge this laptop with a power bank, you would need:

  • A high-capacity power bank (at least 20,000mAh or more)
  • A DC output that matches your laptop’s voltage and amperage (usually 19.5V, 3.33A for HP laptops)
  • A compatible barrel connector or adapter tip

Recommended solution
Look for a laptop-specific power bank like those from brands such as OmniCharge, Krisdonia, or MAXOAK that:

  • Support DC output
  • Include HP-compatible tips
  • Offer 65W or higher output

Important caution
Using an incompatible power source can damage your laptop or void your warranty. Always verify voltage and connector compatibility before use.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
