I'm trying to find a powerbank to charge my latptop 14-dy0164TU.

 

I also have a 14-ew0039TU laptop which only has usb-c charging.  When I use this power cable to charge my dy laptop it works fine.

 

I have a cygnett charge up laptop power bank which has usb-c output 100w, and this charges the ew model fine, however it doesn't charge the dy model.  Is that model just not compatible with a powerbank charging.
