Product: HP ENVY x360

I have a HP Envy x360. My power button is stuck inside my laptop so I have no way of turning it on. I’ve seen that others have had this issue also. I was just wondering what you did to fix it? If it can be fixed? Can it be fixed? If not, is there a way to back up my files that are on my laptop?

This is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

You may take your computer to a local PC repair store to see if the data cab be backed-up.
