Hello everyone, need some info - I did a lot of research but could find nothing conclusive, so decided to give it a shot here. I had purchased this HP laptop (HP Pavilion - 15-cw0027au) from Amazon India a couple of years ago, and I want to know if the USB Type-C port supports Power Delivery (PD). It wasn't really a feature I was looking for when I purchased it, but since my new work laptop supports this charging tech, it would be a lot easier for me to carry one charger/adaptor around instead of 2. Now while my office's Dell laptop came with a 90W pin-type charger, I've found that the Portronics Adapto 65X Adapter charges it successfully (albeit slowly). However, there is no system pop-up or message of any sort when I insert this charger into my HP laptop. Now while it's possible that 65W just won't cut it and I need a more powerful charger (which I am willing to invest in), I would like to know for sure whether it's actually possible as I already have a charger and see no point in buying another if it won't work. Any useful leads are much appreciated! Cheers!
