HP Notebook - 15-bs544tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I have installed windows 10 in my HP laptop, But I see some major issues like Fan and power light will stay on after shutting down, I have to press the power button for few seconds to shutdown. 

Can you please help me out and give solution how to rectify this issue.

I am using HP Notebook 15-bs544tu model.

Hello, do you have the original hard drive?? Normally you just need to wait few minutes and your PC turn off totally.. 

If your PC turn always about 10 minutes, I recommend to you try to disable fast boot and tell me if your computer turn off normally:

Hello, I recommend to you to use HP Support Assistant to upgrade all your drivers. You can install HP Support Assistant here: 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95226.exe

 

You can use Windows Update too for check drivers.
