Product: HP model 15-1233WM

I have this older Hp from 2017. Model 15-1233WM. The charging light slowly blinks orange when plugged in with battery in. With battery taken out and still plugged into the wall it blinks white. In both situations the screen will not turn on. It’s been in the top of a closet for about a year or so. I tried changing the CR2032 battery that was inside of it also and that didn’t fix anything. Help!!! Lol
