HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP Community,

I own a HP Spectre x360 laptop (HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO) with Product number: 4CJ14AV. The laptop gets heated quite frequently, and I need to use a wall mount fan to keep the laptop operational for more than 8 - 10 hours.

Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI - I performed the Power Source Test, and it ran for a minute and the result failed.

And further running tests on Power Adapter and Battery were passed.

Please advise how to fix this problem.

Thank you, Anand
