HP USB-C Universal Dock
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a USB-C Universal Dock (1MK33UT) and seem to have lost the power supply to it. My HP Probook 450 G5's power supply doesn't have enough power (45 watt) and the generic power supplies at Walmart and Staples only have 90 watts (which is too high?) Does anyone know where I can get the right one?

Thanks in advance.

Hello DThomasII,

Unfortunately, I was unable to search for just the power supply of the HP USB-C Universal  Dock.

What'd I'd recommend is contacting support and seeing if you can request purchasing the power supply:

Contact HP Worldwide here.

Phone HP Worldwide here.

Check warranty status here.

Find an HP Authorized Service Center near you here.

Now, this is a personal opinion, but I do feel that you can use the generic 90W AC adapter as long as the correct barrel connector is available considering that HP documentation on the USB-C Universal Dock lists that the AC adapter is rated at 90W.Capture.PNG

Best of luck,

Eddy
