I am trying to find a replacement for a power adaptor for an HP Pavilion Chromebook from 2017.  Any one know what model I should look for and a place to get one cheap?

Hi:

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

HP PartSurfer

The power adapter and the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter are sold separately.

693715-001
AC adapter (65 watt) - Input voltage 110-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 19.5V, 3.33A DC output, RC/V, non-smart pin, with power factor correction (PFC) - (For use in all countries and regions)

Power cord (Black) - 3-wire conductor, 18 AWG, 1.8m (6.0ft) long - Has straight (F) C5 receptacle (North America)
Part 490371-001 is no longer supplied. Please order the replacement, 213349-001

What I suggest you do is to go on eBay, search by the power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.  The power cords are usually included with the adapter.

I see a genuine one for less than $10 delivered.
