The connection on the power adaptor seems to loose it's power connection. You kind of have to move it sometimes to connect. It's an odd type of connection connection and and I'm not sure if it's plugged in or not. Can anyone confirm. Always been a bit doggy the connection but been ok on the desk. Now traveling it's acting up. Maybe there has been a recall on these not sure as it's potentially a safety item. Looking for advice..Power adaptor.jpeg

I see you are experiencing issues with the power adapter on the Omen by HP. It could be a hardware issue on the Ac Adapter. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
