Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I bought a power bank (Anker Powercore 26800). I tried to use it on my laptop but it doesn't seem to work, I tried using the USB-c port and also used a Usb-c to DC converter in order to use the DC entrance.

How can I solve this?

What is your Pavilion 14-ce0xxx  ? Given your machine has same ports on the following machine

 

               HP Pavilion - 14-ce0593sa

 

It ONLY has 1 USB Type-C™ 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only, up to 5Gb/s) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  •  Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
