Product: HP Probook 4530S
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I Have old HP Probook 4530s Laptop. And It's Power button led on and off. Not turning on the laptop. I used every possible ways to reset the bios. But all are not worked. And Also  when press the power button, led on and off. Also cpu cooling fan on and off. This is my problem. And please tell me how to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please cooperate me......
