Thanks for reply.
There is an access problem on that page("You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource...").
I open also second link, reffered by you, but I have some different problem.
My battery is charged but sometimes after logging in system some low level drivers uses more then 50% of CPU.
problem solves when I remove power cabel and return it again or sleep computer several minutes and turn on again.
Battery status checked by HP assistant is OK. My power supply is original 120W.
Thanks.

Hey GorGogia,
OK np I will do my best for you. What happened when you did the suggested things on the thread I pointed you too?
Plug the power adapter directly into a functioning wall outlet, and into the computer. Do not plug it into a power strip, surge protector, or secondary power source.
Have you tried a BIOS update? What happened when you followed the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery?
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Hey Mrstenter,
"Plug the power adapter directly into a functioning wall outlet, and into the computer"
yes it is so.
"Have you tried a BIOS update? "
no I dont.
"What happened when you followed the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery?"
No, I dont try because it was about battery changing problem, but in my case first time I note this problem when I change power options from systray icon, may be some software was corrupted.
OK, now I'l try this case but problem is, that it happens randomly and it is trouble to find cause.
P.S.
system checked by two different AV
Thanks for reply.

Hey Mrstenter,
So, I follow instructions about reinstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver and it is not any important changes.
But there is a two alike Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery drivers in the list of Device Manager. One of them is not necessary and I remove that one, but after restarting it restores again.
May be existence of two same drivers is cause of random behaviour CPU.
Thanks;
