My vacuum cleaner ate my power cord and I need to order a new one.  I looked on Amazon to order one and am not sure what I need to order.

The power adapter part number and description is:

 

741727-001    SKO-45W ADPTR NPFC SMART RC 4.5mm NSLIM

 

The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter is sold separately.

 

L19367-001   Power cord - C5 connector, 1.0m long, STK Conv (North America)

 

What I recommend you do is to go on eBay, search by the HP 741727-001 power adapter part number and find a new or used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.  The used ones normally come with the power cord.
