Mynew  X360 power cord worked for about two months, then went dead. I got a new one, and the connection to the computer is broken, showing the black and white cord. How do I get HP to replace the power cord

Sorry, I don't know why yours failed twice within a very short time. Please try

To properly handle a laptop power cord, unplug it from both the laptop and the power outlet when not in use to prevent potential damage or hazards. Avoid bending or twisting the cable excessively, and store the adapter in a cool, dry place when not needed. Regularly inspect the adapter and cables for any signs of wear or damage.

Generally you can use most of standard power cords in your country BUT we need to know EXACTLY what is your machine to get the right part. OR you can contact your local retailers to get a new one.

Regards.
