Product: bs0xx laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my computer is plugged in and off battery charges. when turned on a white light shows near plug. but laptop runs off of battery only.  if I remove battery and plug in white light shows but will not turn on. Any ideas?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Does the notebook shut down immediately (right after you unplug the charger)?
  • Do you get any error messages on your notebook (Such as Plugged in, not charging, etc.)?
