Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I have my laptop on and remove the charger from the computer,  it turns off. I have tested the charger and it's putting out 19 volts and power may not be going to the motherboard, can someone send me a link to the correct replacement power cable for the motherboard?

Hello Papasmurf27. how are you ?

I will send you the technical manual for the product, which may be able to help you with exactly what you need, or at least provide a basis.

Perhaps from page 16 onwards in the manual below, you will be able to locate the exact part and its appropriate part number.
