Power jack failure and replacement

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
  1. The power jack of my 3 year old Spectre laptop has apparently failed but HP apparently don’t supply any replacements right now. Surely this can’t be correct? If it is all I have is a very thin and stylish brick...

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi, I'm in the UK. All I want to do is buy a power jack (not the adapter, the jack socket in the laptop), but this seems not to be available from HP
