Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have two issues. 1. I try to turn on my laptop; I have power and can hear the fan, but the screen is black. 2. Once I'm able to get the laptop screen to turn on, I receive this message: "(A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed."
