Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello I have a OMEN 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1FAV).
I have a Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD, however whenever I connect it to my laptop through the port it does not detect it. I tried the same with the USB-C connectors and the same happens. Is it a problem from my cables or does my laptop actually not have the power output capability to power them on and read them?
Thanks to anyone that replies, if is because of the power capabilities can someone recommend me an external reader that I can plug into my laptop to read? I have 2 of them and need to use them badly for something.
