Power socket

The power supply socket on my  Pavilion Model 15-cd040wm is broken. Where can I find a replacement? It is a special  socket with 3 connections. +18V, +12V and common.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Alternatively, you may order HP parts using HP Parts surfer. Kindly refer to this document.
