Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought two charger. None of them will charge battery. Hp does not offer... could you help meto find one that work. Original charger is 90 watts. Thanks

I understand that you have an HP Spectre 15 x360 series laptop. I read that you have bought two chargers and both do not charge the laptop. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

 

  • Please let me know the exact laptop model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Is the laptop left with no charge in the battery? And is it powered off due to no charge?

 

Meanwhile, you may also, contact our HP phone support to get the correct charger for the laptop and also check the HP PartSurfer website.
