Traveling for work left my power supply on the plane. I had my office order me a universal power supply but it is not charging my battery. I am in Brazil. I notice on the manual for the adapter size that fits my port, it has output voltage 12VDC. I'm guessing this needs to be 19.5V?
Laptop SN: HP ENVY x360 Convert 15m-eu0023dx -- 350G5UA
Can someone please verify?
Thank you,
Scott

Your machine uses AC Adapter part number
L24008-001 |
You can order from https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L24008-001
or use part # to search elsewhere. Newegg has it, HP won't allow me to post the links. Please search yourself.
Regards.

BH thanks for your responses. What determines a compatible USB-C? I'm using my USB-C from my Galaxy S20 and plugged into the wall. The amber light is lit on the USB-C port, the computer is in sleep mode. I left it for about 40 minutes and the battery remains on 4%.
Thanks
