Product: Notebook - 15-da0077tx5XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fast forward to one year of purchase, i was assured by the HP support staff(a month ago) that my laptop is not a refurbished one when i escalated my doubts regarding it. Checked my BIOS date( through system information) which shows 15-Mar-2019 while the purchase invoice is of 24-Apr-2019. What can i do now?

The two things are not related.

 

The computer was manufactured on a date.

The computer was sold on another date.

 

There is nothing to do - it is normal that the computer is manufactured before it is sold to the consumer.
