Product: HP 250 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I am not an IT expert so any assistance is appreciated please. I have this HP 250 G7 Notebook PC since 2019.

Today I have seen a starting message that the system has detected that the storage capacity to be very low.

Primary (internal) Battery (601)

I  did a HP hardware diagnostics test.

The batter check cancelled.

It also said Logic State: Very Low   Charge State; Okay

The batter charging when plugged in seems the same as always.

I do not even know if I can change the battery on this as it is all screwed in at the base.

As I said whatever advice I can get I would be grateful.

You need a new battery. Please use from page 34 of the following manual

 

             http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06208783.pdf

 

It shows

  • part # of the right battery you need to buy
  • how to open the case to replace battery
