HP Office Jet Pro 8025e

Hi,

 

I am at my wits end with my recently purchased Office Jet Pro 8025e printer.  For the past couple of days the following is happening:

  • The tray is getting stuck when I try to open or close it.
  • the paper keeps jamming.
  • Sometimes the entire amount of paper I have in the tray tries to go through the printer at once and jams
  • The printer prints the top half of the page on one page then the rest on the second page.  Sometimes one page prints over 3 pages
  • The printer is now printing out blank pages.

 

Every day, it is getting worse and worse and I can't get the printer to work correctly.  I've just did a diagnostic with smart HP and the results were that nothing is wrong.

 

I researched so much to select this particular printer because it had the features I need.  I am ready to throw the printer away.  I will go back to Canon (had very little issues with any of my canon printers) and will never by an HP product again.

 

If anyone has some suggestions please let me know.
