Have HP ENVY laptop. Just received Brother MFC-J6555DW. They are connected and it prints & scans. However, it DOES NOT SHOW when I go to Control Panel-Hardware & Sound-View Devices & Printers. If I go to Add Printer it is unable to locate it. Does anyone know why and FIX? I do have another MFC-J1010DW that is listed in View Devices and Printers. Tried everything I know... Brother claims in must be to do with my laptop...
