Do (did) you have an Instant Ink subscription on that printer?
If Yes --
When you did have the printer, you might have cancelled the Instant Ink service contact and removed the Instant Ink cartridges from the printer for return to HP.
If you (still) have an active Instant Ink subscription account, consider contacting Instant Ink support to cancel the subscription as can be done.
